RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your purchase from Prom-Avenue, but if you are not satisfied, please follow the instruction below to request for return of your merchandise

 1. Log into the store and go to My Account

 2. Click completed to see a list of all completed orders.

 3. Find the order that you wish to return.

 4. Fill out the following items on the return request.

 5. Click submit return request and wait for an email that contains the RMA - (return merchandise authorization).

 6. Once RMA number is available - 

Write the RMA number on the bottom of your receipt/invoice that was included in your shipment and place it inside the box with the item to be returned. Item must be on the same condition as received with original tags attached. The item must not be altered, must not be worn or damaged. Dresses without RMA# will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the merchandise. 

 RETURN OPTIONS                                                                                                                              1.You can return your item/dress for online credit in full amount- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of original purchase or 2.You can return your item/dress for a 20% of restocking fee.If your initial order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

Shipping charges for dresses that are returned are not refunded.

Please allow 7-10 Business Days to process your refund.
